How to add list highlights in posts?

Hi...
Some News websites are adding Highlights in their content.
it's something different than the meta description.
Can we add a Space/place in our WordPress dashboard to add a highlights section on each post?
It's something like the custom meta description we use with Yoast.
is there any possibility to do so...?
Ex: a sample URL added in the secret section.

you could use a Custom Field:

Or use a plugin like ACF if you want a better UI.
Then you can use Block element to display that content using the Dynamic Data > Post Meta:
