How to add icon to woocommerce checkout fields

Can I please know how to add icon, and hovering message to input fields like the example above, in woocommerce checkout fields?

Hi there,
that would require Custom Development or a plugin to extend Woocommerces options ( The theme doesn't control the checkout ot any of the woo templates ). There are some plugins out there, but i think most are paid for. Google: "Woocommerce Checkout Tooltips" - should give you some options.
