There's no need to add system UI if that's what you're trying to add. It's added by default on the font-family dropdown under the name "System Default" as shown here - https://share.getcloudapp.com/DOuByKLj

But to add an actual font, check our documentation here- https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-local-fonts/

No, System-UI is font names (like : arial, times new roman)

the example site you reference is using the GeneratePress System Stack:

font-family: -apple-system, system-ui, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol";

In the GP typography settings you can simply set the Font Family to inherit

This will give you the exact same font setup as the example site.
