You should be able to edit the mobile menu in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Select your mobile menu. Depends what you are trying to add, you can probably use a Custom Link: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-wordpress-menu-builder/#custom-link Let me know if this answers your question.
