How to Add Custom Column in GP Premium?

Hi, I want to add columns in my blog post. But one column should be visible to the use at a time and to view the other column the user must click on the heading of the other column.

You can clearly see in the above post that there are two columns named 'Latest Version' and 'Description' and the user is seeing one by default and to view another column the user has to click on the heading of it.
