Hi there,

simplest method is to use the GenerateBlocks plugin:

https://wordpress.org/plugins/generateblocks/

Simply add a Container Block – which you can add a background to, a border color and border with. Then place your content inside that Container.

You can add Icons to a Headline Block – simply remove the Text from the headline.
