Hi,
I have installed this plugin but even after spending whole day, I was not able to get the desired settings. And finally their support team has replied as:
“Your theme is not compatible with our plugin.
Sorry, we can’ help.”Now, kindly do the needful at the earliest.
January 21, 2021 at 3:47 am #1627497DavidStaffCustomer SupportI have used that plugin on several sites, and so have many other GP users…. seems like their support just can’t be bothered.
What exactly is the issues you’re having ?

January 21, 2021 at 4:22 am #1627541JunedI want to use multiple author.
January 21, 2021 at 5:48 am #1627617DavidStaffCustomer SupportAre you wanting multiple authors on a single post ?
January 21, 2021 at 6:03 am #1627638JunedNo.
Different Author for different posts.
January 21, 2021 at 6:49 am #1627848DavidStaffCustomer SupportFirst lets get the Author Box displayed correctly.
1. go the Author Box plugin settings. And check the Manually insert the Simple Author Box
2. go to Appearance > Elements and create a new Hook Element.
2.1 In the text field add:<div class="grid-container author-container"> [simple-author-box] </div>
2.2 Select Hook:
generate_after_main_content
2.3 Check the Execute Shortcode box.
2.4 Set the Display Rules to Posts > All Posts. For the author image to display the author must have a registered Gravatar:
https://en.gravatar.comJanuary 21, 2021 at 7:11 am #1627925JunedThank you very much for your kind support.
The above process looks absolutely fine. But,in this case, at Gravatar, there will be only one author. Like, my account, my domain, my profile is connected with Gravatar Account.
So if you are writing the blog and I want to display your details as author box, then at Gravatar, I have to replace my details with yours?
Am I correct? Or is there another process?
That’s why I mentioned in my last reply that I will be having multiple author.
January 21, 2021 at 7:23 am #1627946JunedI haven’t tried your above solution till now, will be trying in sometime soon.
But, I noticed that the author box is visible at second post which is uncategorised. The author box is blank at categorised post.
Please suggest now.
(I am doing all this at my staging site).
January 21, 2021 at 7:57 am #1627989DavidStaffCustomer SupportEach Author will have to have their won User Profile and Gravatar.
You can then select the Author in the Post editor, if you’re writing on their behalf.Where can i see the Post with the empty author bio ?
January 21, 2021 at 9:11 am #1628109JunedHere is the empty box.
