How to add a title attribute to link on a button

Hello,
How to add a title attribute to link on a button, i did a social footer hook and created the social icons with the buttons, but google complain that a title tag is missing.
i try to edit in html, but than i get a "Attempt Block Recovery" msg.

what else i could do? and why i get a Attempt Block Recovery msg?
