How to add a starter site them to premium?

I've looked through help, the footer, documents, site starter page and there is no answer.
I've installed generatepress theme
Premium license is loaded
So, how do I install a starter site? shouldn't there be a link somewhere next to starter sites? a link in the help menu? a link in the footer? what is the first thing we need to do?
should be a simple answer
please, direct me to something I can read, I'd be very appreciative as I did a lot of research before purchasing

Hi Tracy,

Here's our article with regards to using the Site Library: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-site-library/#importing-a-site

To activate the Module, go to Appearance > GeneratePress and activate Site Library.

Then go to Appearance > GeneratePress > Site Library and import your preferred template.
