How to add a separate H1 tag to posts?
3 replies · Started by Amit Nair on January 13, 2020
Hello,
Until now I was thinking the H1 tag and the blog post title are same. But I heard that they are different.
I want to know how to add H1 tags to the top of each of my posts. Please let me know how to do it?
By default when I create a post the title comes up.
Kindly help me!
Hi there,
the Titles of your single posts are the H1 - this is the default behaviour of the theme.
Hi David,
Please read this example.

What I want to achieve is, to change the title a little bit based on certain events for e.g. Best XYZ of 2020. The H1 tag of the post should only be Best XYZ.
Please let me know how to achieve this.
You would need to disable the Content Title in your posts. You can do this using the Disable Elements meta box:

Then add the H1 title in your post content.
