[Resolved] How To Add A Label To Slideout Menu In Mobile Header ?

We want to add a navigation label at the top to slidout menu in mobile header means when we see menu items at top there should be a label called “Mobile Menu”. How we can add.?

It adds label beside three lines/menu-toggle. but we want to add label before menu items when we slide/open slidout menu.
