[Resolved] How to add a favicon.ico

Hello,

The site icon should also work as a favicon, but it just works on a desktop browser, not on a mobile search.
After reading I could understand that I need to add a .ico file to the WordPress root. I have 2 questions:
1) How to generate a .ico file?
2) How to add it to the WordPress root?

Hi there,

1. There are lots of online apps to convert a png / jpeg to ico -like this one:

2. You will need to have access to your server via FTP or a File Explorer in your Servers console.
