[Support request] How to active generatepress infinite scroll?

I turned on infinite scroll feature on customize but it’s did nothing

The feature should show up in your blog/archive page when you have more posts published than the post number/page you set at dashboard > settings > reading.

The infinite scroll only works on blog/archive pages.

If it’s still not working, can you disable all plugins except GP Premium to test?

that is a Single Post.
The GeneratePress Infinite Scroll only applied to Blog and Archive pages.
