How to achieve this homepage?

Hello,
How do I relicate this site's (url 1) Home Page:
1. Background (Outer container and Innder Container)
2. Header
3. Primary Menu for Deskop and Mobile Menu
4. Footer
I only want to achieve what is easily achievable within GP Premium + GB Pro features.
I am not trying to replicate Hero Block Slider. I can build the container which is below Hero Container.
URL 2 is my staging site.
Hi there,
that design would require a completely different approach. The main issue being your Sites homepage is built as a Full Width content container layout. And that site requires a Contained layout to achieve that look.
