How to achieve this form?

Hi!
How to create this type of Forms? There are 03 buttons here: Contact Us | Enquire Now | Career (reference page link is attached).
When clicking on any button, the respective form appears. I have HappyForms. Do I need an Accordion plugin?

yes you will need to use a Tab or Accordion plugin for that feature
