How to Achieve the HomePage Boxed Effect inside a Post?

I have imported the Site Library "Stream" Demo, and I really like the CTA area that shows on the HomePage. (The part where it says Don't miss one single podcast and shows signup email). I have been trying to re-create this so that it can show the same design inside my Blog Posts.
However, when I try to create a re-usable block it doesn't work, and it also fails when I try to re-create manually. Images attached below.
My version (Not working) -
Home Page Version (Desired effect)
Is there something else that I should do, in order to achieve this effect? I really like how it sits inside of the Hero Header.

If so, you’ll need to increase the top margin of the parent Container Block.
Make a duplicate first of the Block, before making it a Reusable Block since making changes to a reusable Block affects the original Block.
