How to access Starter Sites

I've got the 'Landing' Starter Site installed and am trying to adapt it but am having problems. My site still says 'Landing' in the top left corner and I can't find where to edit that to my site title. Is there a guide on how to adapt the Starter Sites?

Thats the Site Title - which can be changed in the Customizer > Site Identity. You can disable it if you wish and use a Logo instead ( or both ).

The rest of the Landing Site is all created in the Block Editor - simply edit the Home page, and you can change any part of the content or styling.

These are old answer, but I found them helpful with my upgrade to premium. I used a starter site, but I do have a question about the starter sight demo info. How do i know what demo data was imported into my site?

There's no current way to know what exact template is imported aside from "looking" and comparing.

The easiest way to know what pages and posts were imported is to go to Pages > All pages or Posts > All posts and sort the list of pages/posts by date.

The ones imported by the theme usually(not all the time) have the same date.
