How i get featured Images in right side bar Widget

Q1 :- I am using right Side Bar widget at my side http://www.KhanNews.Com
i wants to fetch featured image of posts how i get featured images with posts its only showing post content .
Q2:- I wants to shows those post who are most viewed in another widget how i cant get those posts.
Q3:- I have created other pages i.e News, Entertainment, World when i am creating a new post i select relevant category to move the post into the relevant page but it doesn't move.

Q3: The category pages are automatically created by WordPress. Instead of creating a new static page for them, try using the Categories in your menu item.
