how do you do that? down arrow in section

Wondering if anyone can tell me how to create the little down triangle between sections such as Tom has on the GP home page? Just under text "Generate Press is lightweight, powerful, and easy to use!"
Is it css or an image? I tried to dissect it, but couldn't get to the bottom of it.
