How do you build a homepage like this?

How do you do this?
- image on the left (background, grid?)
- text on the left for call to action
- form/signup button under that
and how to make it look so this scales down to mobile?

more serious:
first of all pick up inspector tools of e.g. firefox or chrome and see what happens on that site - by that you'll get an idea what you might have to do!
then GP and elementor provides you with nearly all possibilities to achieve that.
header option within gp for the big thing at the top, or elementor with some tweaks (assume wont go without some) - several threads here provides you with almost everything vo'll need for that. only thing you have to do is search :-).
most things will be served without custom css or stuff, maybe ask again when facing some in direct.
besides: while fiddling uot that case, you might learn more than you expect! :-)

Yea, a Page Builder is your best bet in a case like this. A little too complicated to explain everything using custom HTML through the forum :)
You could make a very reasonable facsimile of many of the elements on that page, using Lightweight Grid Columns and some HTML / CSS knowledge.
