Hello, I made a block and hero elements but the images aren't responsive when changing sizes.
I look forward to your response.
thanks,
JERRY
Hi Jerry,
Are you using background image as the hero image?
Any chance you can link us to the site in question?
You can use the private information field.

Let me know :)
Yes, I'm using the background image as the hero image.
Sorry, I'm using the featured image as the main image.
Hi Jerry,
As Ying asked, can you link us to the page in question? So we can inspect the page to see how you've structured it to get an idea on which procedure to point you to.
You can use the private information text field to provide the details. :D
My website isn't live yet so I can't show you that the block hero isn't showing featured images responsive.
I look forward to your response.
thanks,
JERRY
Sorry, I’m using the featured image as the main image.
Not sure what this means, are you using a dynamic image block?
or added a background image to the Container block, and using the dynamic option to set it as featured image?
It's very diffcult for us to identify the cause of issue without seeing the actual code.
Can you read this article and watch the video to make sure yours steps are correct?

Yes, please.
It will be helpful to see the site.
Please use the private info field to enter sensitive info like this :)
It's still not live yet.
Hi Jerry,
I've moved the login info to the private info field, so that only admin of GP support can see the info.
Don't post any sensitive info in public area in the support forum :)
Here's a guide on how to use the premium support forum:

In terms of your page hero, your background image size is set to cover, so the image will try to cover the entire container.
Try reduce the top/bottom padding of the container for tablet and mobile:

Let me know if this helps :)
I will take the user name Ying off my domain until further notice.
thanks,
JERRY
