Hi folks!
I would love to make a page, that look like this:I don’t know there to start, but it’s about making sektions with different background colors and a picture in one side and tekst in another. It doesn’t need to look excactly the way in the picture, but similar to that.
There do I start?

July 14, 2020 at 6:53 am #1363079DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
you can create those layouts using the GenerateBlocks plugin:
If those sections are to be full width then you can set the Page Builder Container to Full Width:

July 14, 2020 at 1:22 pm #1363559FutteThat makes sense, thanks. I just think I may have messed some things up.
If I in the Customizer > Layout > Sidebars has set to (content, no sidebars), I believe that, when I make a new page, it should not be with a left sidebar in it. And I should not have to change that on my page in the Page Builder Container, when I create pages with the GenerateBlocks pluginThe NewPage making a left sidebar happend after I had tried a websitetemplate from the libary. It also removed my footer on every pages exept the frontpage. I have made quite a lot of canges since I shifted back to the settings witout a websitetemplate.
I don’t like to make new pages, with the GenerateBlocks plugin before I am sure, everything works correctly. Thanks.
July 14, 2020 at 4:13 pm #1363687DavidStaffCustomer SupportGo to Appearance > Elements – look for any Layout Elements. Their may be one that is changing sidebars and footers

July 15, 2020 at 1:32 am #1363969FutteWell, that was weird, but it worked. I thougt, that the elements, only works on the pages, that I had chosen in the locationtab! Do I need to exclude all other pages?
About using the GenerateBlocks plugin: Would it be wise, on all my pages, always to start by creating a container, and put my content in that?
And just a little extra question: How do I get my picture in my profile on this page. Like you guys have?
July 15, 2020 at 3:59 am #1364111DavidStaffCustomer SupportElements should only apply to the locations you set in the Display Rules tab.
What are the display rules you’re using ?For Pages – i would only add a Containers if i needed to break the pages into sections or if i were using a Full Width Page. If all of your pages are going to look like your example then you may want to look at the Duplicate Posts plugin – then you can simply make a new draft of your first page and edit π

July 15, 2020 at 4:20 am #1364137FutteI found the bug in the elements section. Somehow “all pages” were added to the locationtab, and that explains it all. Now it works as I supposed it would π
I use duplicate/clone page a lot, but thanks for the advise.
