How do I remove unwanted fullwidth top bar and some white space in the sidebar?

Hi, I've removed Beaver Builder and had help rebuilding my home page with Generate blocks.
I can't see how I get to align the top white bar to the rest of the page. Can you help me with that please?

The other issue is the space between the bio and sign up form widgets in the sidebar. I can't narrow the distance. Can you help with that too please?

Hi there,
that space comes from the Site Header - which it looks like you're not using. Simple fix is to enable the Navigation as Header in Customizer > layout > header.
The extra space in the widgets looks like its coming from some empty paragraphs ... see this topic here which explains the issue and current fix:
