How do I remove header & navigation sitewide?

I don't want a header or navigation on my site. I'm trying to mimic this site here: https://theme.manuelmoreale.com/minimalistwriter/

I know I can disable elements on a per post/page basis but want this sitewide for ease.

Any idea of how I do this?

If you have the GP Premium, this can be done easily by navigating to Appearance -> Elements. Choose 'Layout' from the dropdown options of Choose Element Type.

Under the tab Disable Elements, check Site Header and Primary Navigation.

Click on tab Display Rules, on the Location option, choose Entire Site.

Click on Publish. That should do what you need.
