However, I also need my container width (post and page content) to be set at 700px like it is already over here https://www.eatweeds.co.uk Can’t seem to find out how to do this. Flipped every switch in Customizer and still no luck π Thanks in advance for any help. Robin April 2, 2019 at 7:12 am #856969 LeoStaff Customer Support Hi there, These should be the settings you need: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-layout/ Let me know π April 2, 2019 at 7:23 am #856981 Robin Thanks Leo. I already had that set hence the support request. My navigation still isn’t full width. See this screengrab. Wondering it’s anything in my CSS? See here. Thoughts? April 2, 2019 at 7:25 am #856985 LeoStaff Customer Support Have you tried clearing the caching plugin? April 2, 2019 at 7:27 am #856986 Robin Yes. Here’s a txt file with the CSS. April 2, 2019 at 7:28 am #856987 LeoStaff Customer Support Have you tried removing them/comment them out temporarily and see if any of them is causing the issue? April 2, 2019 at 7:30 am #856989 LeoStaff Customer Support Can you also clear then disable the caching plugin for now? April 2, 2019 at 7:31 am #856991 Robin CSS aient my thing at all. I’ve kind of bolted stuff together on a wing and a prayer π So will do what you suggest. Cheers Mister Leo π Will come back if I remain stuck. Closing the ticket now. Appreciate your swift replies. Robin April 2, 2019 at 7:32 am #856994 Robin Will do…. April 2, 2019 at 7:34 am #857000 LeoStaff Customer Support I don’t see any CSS that could be causing the issue on a glance but can definitely miss something. The option should definitely work though. I’d recommend clear and disable the caching plugin for now. April 2, 2019 at 7:36 am #857005 Robin Nope that didn’t work π April 2, 2019 at 7:42 am #857009 LeoStaff Customer Support Hmm I’m still seeing the caching plugin activated. Can you double check? If that still doesn’t work, any server cache? If not then try #1 here to eliminate any plugin conflicts: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/ Here is a demo showing the option working: https://www.screencast.com/t/EWCJvc9M6 Let me know π April 2, 2019 at 9:47 am #857135 LeoStaff Customer Support I’ve marked this unsolved for now until it’s actually solved π April 2, 2019 at 10:37 am #857180 Robin Thanks, will take a look shortly. April 3, 2019 at 2:05 pm #858784 Robin OK, I have deactivated the numerous plugins, including W3 cache and nothing has changed. The navigation doesn’t go full width. Also, I am not technical enough to even know how to use WP DEBUG. Any other ideas how to fix this?
