How do I know which theme I have installed

I have a site built and I want to use the same theme I used, I made the original site about 8 months ago and i've edited it a bit so it doesn't look like anything in the site library, but I really want to use the same one.
Is there a way to tell which one you installed?

can you share a link to the site - there may be some tell-tale signs i can see which one it was.
