How do I get the words that make up the menu to disappear in desktop

I can't link because it is a staging site that I'm working on. On the desktop view instead of there being a click able menu, it shows the words in a few different words to click on. I dont want that. All I want is the hamburger icon. How do I remove the words and just show a click able menu? This documentation doesn't help.

Turns out this seems to be showing different pages on the site and I have no idea how it got there.

Sorry what? Are you referring to the link to the documentation?

That shows you how to use the hamburger toggle on the desktop only without any other menu items.

If this doesn't help, please create a staging site so we can see the issue.

This doesn't seem to work either. I can't get rid if the word menu for just the hamburger menu on desktop.

Actually that last thing did work. The only other thing I want to ask about is on mobile how to get the menu and search navigation even with the logo and not below it to the right?

I know this may need to be a separate topic but I didn't want to input the staging site info again.
