[Support request] How do I get footer bar to be sticky?

I’m trying to get my footer to stay at the bottom of the page when I have pages with short content.

I’d also like to minimize the spacing between the lines of text in the footer bar. I can do this in Dev Tools, but apparently haven’t found the right CSS to copy into Simple CSS.
