How Do I Get Custom Page Headers ABOVE the Navbar?

Tom,
I’m one of those guys who need to use the custom Page Header ABOVE the navbar. I saw in an old post that you had code for that option. Or perhaps the option has been included in the interface by now? Could you please let me know how to make that happen?
FYI: I want to use more than one header (home, inner, mobile, etc), so I can’t use the customizer for that.
