How do I edit Wordpress default comment form

I want to add a field for WhatsApp Number from my readers. This field should appear below Name, Email field
I have tried ACF plugin but I don't see data entered through that custom comment field anywhere. I just couldn't' find it.
(PS I have removed website URL field as per code posted by Tom. Thanks for that)
