I am using Prime Template. When I try to edit the homepage I am getting this message [/] Shortcode “Insert additional custom elements with a WordPress shortcode”. Please help.

That’s strage. I’ve not seen that error before.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium and WooCommerce to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

I tried everything but nothing worked. Now I am doing a fresh installation. While importing the template I am getting a 504 Error. I am trying to import Prime Template on a fresh installation. I am on SiteGround Hosting. Please help.

Hi there,

504 error is a time out error.
Make sure you have no cache/optimizer ( SG optimizer ) plugins enabled.
Also check to make sure you don’t have cloudflare enabled on the server.
