How do I create Post Layout like Marketer Demo available at SiteLibrary

I am in need of creating a post layout that contain a sidebar just like Marketer Demo.

My requirement is to have title above the post.

And in Sidebar = Recent posts, Subscribers form and a page link just like marketer demo has at the top in the sidebar.

Any suggestion or idea how I can do it.
