How do I change the default theme image on the homepage?

Hello!
How do I change the default theme image of the Feather theme - this is my site http://www.insidemynest.com
The only way I can see is to add an image on top within the container, but this doesn’t result in a neat fit inside the block

Hi there,
edit the page, in the top most Container there is a 2 column grid, each container has a background image. If you use the List View you will be able to select them easily - i have highlighted both here:
