[Support request] How do I change my “Post Update on” format?

Hello

I´m kind of a newbie =)

Anyway, my site is in portuguese and I dont know how to change the “last update on” to a brazilian date formate and portuguese language for the month.

Instead of “March 18, 2023”, I want it to be “18 de Março de 2023”.
