How do I add a newsletter to my sidebar?

I've imported the 'Slider' demo from the site library and would like to include a newsletter in my left sidebar as the demo shows. How do I do that? What widget/plugin did you use for that? Thanks!

If you are using Sider as well then try adding the form in the header widget area:
