How can place my google AdSense banner ads above the site

Are you planning to add it above the Header for instance? You can try adding the Ad code through a Hook Element if so.

I have tried so many times but is not showing after adding though Hook Element.

i can see the ad loading above your blog. Try clearing any browser caches or check on a different network connection. You may be seeing a cached page.
