    Hi there,

How can I share private stuff regarding an issue I 3 of my websites with GP Premium?

I need to share a video explaining the issue I have with Generate Press blocking the close button of popups and I don’t want to make it public.

I tried to change the theme and close all plugins and the issue is solved by doing that.

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Any chance you can link us to the site in question to start with?

You can edit the original topic and use the private URL field.

See the issue live would be more helpful than a video.

    Let me know 🙂

I edited it and I added 2 urls.

PopUp close button from Elementor is not working because there is a conflict with GP Premium theme.

See attached video for a better explanation.

    Hi there,

so the button ‘breaks’ when using the GeneratePress Child Theme.
But it works if you’re just using the parent GeneratePress Theme.

    Is that correct ?

Yes, I have 3 websites with the same setup and it happens to me in the 3 of them, so I need to fix it.

It works with Hello Theme and GP normal theme.

I can provide you access to my site if you need.

Do you have any custom functions or CSS added to your Child Theme ?

    Hey David,

I had a few functions, so I removed one by one until I found what caused it.

    Thanks a lot.
