How Can I Remove - "…css/dashicons.min.css?ver=5.6"

Just uploaded a shiny new GP site. And in order to speed things up I selected one of the faster leaner templates.
However, it appears to be throttled by "…css/dashicons.min.css?ver=5.6" according to the Google Page Speed Test. How can I remove it, since im not so sure I need it.
Seems to be causing render blocking?

Hi there,
That's something loaded by WordPress I believe.
Not sure if you can safely remove that without causing any issues.
