How can I remove all sidebar and How I put customized sidebar by Widgets?

Are you simply trying to remove the sidebar widgets or use a layout without a sidebar?

Yes I want to remove the current sidebar and then rebuild the sidebar by widget.
Also frankly I don't know how to control the sidebar on without widgets.

go to Appearance > Widgets > Right Sidebar ( or Left Sidebar ) and remove the widgets you do not require. And then add in the widgets you want to use.

I already checked and tried what you mentioned also you can see my status on Widgets of my site.

Ahh...That sidebar looking section is actually in the page content itself using the grid block from GenerateBlocks.

So you can actually just go ahead and edit it like editing any other page content:

I tried to edit that sidebar looked section in the page content and I could remove that.
After that, I want to use the widget-shortcode as you attached the link, but I couldn't bring back the removed section in the page content.

GenerateBlocks is quite new so there aren't many tutorials available yet.
