How can I rebuild a ranking post with GP blocks (I'm leaving elementor)

Hi there,
I would like to stop using Elementor and rebuild my site with GP.
My site has ranking posts on google, so I have to do it carefully.
It's quite a simple blog site (text, images, table of content, comparison tables and embedded videos).
How should I do that?

Hi there,
does your host provide a Staging server option? If so get them to create a staging server ( copy of the live site ), you can then do all the changes you need without affecting the live site, and when you're happy ask the Host to Push the Staging to Live.

Unfortunately they don't have a staging option (I moved to Ezoic hosting recently).
What do you think? Any ideas?
Oh ... that makes life a lot more complicated, do they not offer any kind of 'syncing' the site ? Even if its with an offline local install ?

They replied: "this is not something we offer at this moment in time"
What should I do?
There are several Staging site plugins available heres an article on them:

I would recommend you speak to the host though to make sure they are compatible with their services.
If they are not compatible then the only way is to make those changes on the live site.
