How can I make the contact form 7 smaller on my home page?

Hi there,
I've been trying for days to make the contact form 7 smaller on my homepage, I used elements and hooks to display it on front page, but it looks ways too big, especially the text area. Is there a way of making it more narrow? so it's not so wide? thank you very much.

Hi there,
currently you have the Contact form in a GB Grid Block.
Remove the Grid Block and use a Container Block. Then in the Container Blocks sidebar Layout settings you can set the Inner Container width to a smaller value.
