[Resolved] How can I make the background image into a button?

Hi all,
I am using GP for my site, inside a block container, I added a background image, but I dont know how to turn this background image into a button. Can someone teach me about that?

will there be any content over the image ? If not … why not just use an Image Block as they can have links… let me know
