How can I edit my main menus drop down menu?

How can I edit my main menus drop down menu? I have worked out how to edit everything I need to woth my navbar except how to edit my main menu's drop down menu.

I can select it to inspect it as it disappears as soon as the cursor moves away from it. I have tried to switch on the hover setting in Chromes tools but I'm still having no luck.

I just want to switch the background and font colors.

If you could just tell me the css I need to be able to make changes that would be great.

Ps I'm going premium next week to show my appreciation for all the super fast support I receive in these forums.
