How can I create a post list like the image?

How can I create a post list like the image on the page linked below? (authur and date at the top, title and post excerpt below it, and an image on the right, and tag list below it.) I can't make it similar to that image with the option setting in generateblock free plugin. But what if I upgrade to GB Pro?
