How can I create a menu with buttons in it?

I want to create a top menu like I have built it on Tilda: https://project2381046.tilda.ws/
1) a text logo with a | of a different color like on the link
2) 2 buttons next to the main menu, with different border / colors
I thought the theme will be much easier to use - so far I can't even figure out how to set the top header with different colors...

Try activating this option:

Then the colors would be controlled under Customizer > Color > Primary Navigation.
