How can I create a header like this one?

This is not my site but I really like the header design, is there any way to do this in GeneratePress?

So when you scroll down there is a resized version of the logo and a sticky header.
Use this method: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-logo/#navigation-as-header
Then change this to a different height: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/sticky-navigation/#menu-item-height
