How can I control the showing long contents...?

Hi,
Firstly please see the below link;

You can see two postings, one with long content and another has no content(there is not any content in the post).
So I question to mean, how can I adjust that long content? How can I make to show only a few sentences or not on my desire?

Should be in Customizer > Layout > Blog.
And make sure the Blog module is activated:
