How can I change Mobile view into Desktop View of website

Hi,
I wanted to know how can i have my site http://www.cancundreaming.com look the same on mobile as it does on my desktop. On mobile everything is on top of each other. I would like to make it look on mobile like this site http://www.islandroutes.com on mobile.
