How can I add Subscribe Newsletter in the right Sidebar on my homepage?

Hi there,
1. You will need a plugin for the newsletter subscription form.
2. Then you can use a Block Element to add the Forms shortcode / block:

2.1 Set the Block Element Hook to before_right_sidebar_content or after_right_sidebar_content
2.2 Set the Display Rule Location to Front Page.
