How can i add add a Shortcode before the feature Image Title?

Hi guys,
im new in this game and was wondering how i can add a Shortcode like this [elementor-template id="4203"] before the feature image?
Or it is possible to change the position of the Page Image so i can put the shortcode in den first paragraph in the content area?
